The Band aims to promote Brass Banding at every opportunity and to provide the citizens of the Gold Coast with the opportunity to hear quality band music.
To achieve these aims the Band seeks to:
- Train and encourage interested people in the art of brass musicianship
- Develop an extensive repertoire of music to perform
- Perform as often as possible within the local community
- Rehearse at least once per week to develop the skills of the players
- Compete at least twice per year at Regional and State Championships
